Chi Combat System | Amun Ka is a part of the Chi Combat System Martial Arts School offering a blend of traditional martial arts disciplines. We've taken the best techniques from existing systems to produce one uncomplicated style that improves your overall fitness and build confidence.

During class you'll learn a variety of techniques including:

• Blocks

• Punches

• Kicks

• Patterns and Speed drills

• Close defence techniques

• Sparring

• Shield and Focus pads workout

Chi Combat System is perfect for children and beginners due to the family environment we've created, encouraging each student to help their martial arts brothers and sisters to improve together.

Chi Combat System, Thornton Heath is taught by Amun Ka an experienced teacher with a strong background in Tai Chi, Choi Kwang Do and the Chi Combat System.

Classes also taught in South Norwood, Shirley, Anerley. Classes available 5 days a week.
